How Preservice Teachers Perceive Their Collaboration Team Working Skills During PjBL

The PjBL approach is applied to the Physics Laboratory Management course support achievement of learning outcomes. Through PjBL, preservice teachers are given assignments related their future work as and required complete them in groups. This study aims determine how perceive collaborative skills while interacting with group members when completing assignments. research a mixed-methods better understand problems by quantitative qualitative data. We employ total population sampling examine entire particular set characteristics from 67 people who completed project assignment. analyze describe data results answer teachers' perceptions team working during PjBL. prefer explanatory design method, where needed explain significant results. As result, Preservice Teachers' perception shows that they have obtained collaboration teamwork, managing conflicts, decision making, communication skills. From interviews, we dig up additional information about complaints difficulty projects teams. However, benefits get more profitable than challenges. analysis informs us Teachers show positive response regarding It can be considered continue bring any approach.
